Stephen represents Topspeed at Royal Reception for King’s Award winners

Earlier this month, Stephen Clegg, CEO and Founder of Topspeed Couriers, attended a Royal Reception at St James’s Palace to celebrate organisations recognised in this year’s King’s Awards for Enterprise.

Following Topspeed Couriers’ being awarded the King’s Award for Enterprise in Sustainable Development 2026, Stephen was invited to represent the business at the prestigious reception, where award winners from across the UK came together to celebrate their achievements and meet His Majesty The King.

Stephen described the evening as memorable, busy and exceptionally warm due to the current heatwave, with guests enjoying the opportunity to meet, exchange ideas and share experiences from a wide range of British businesses.

“It was a real privilege to attend the reception and meet His Majesty,” said Stephen. “There was a great atmosphere throughout the evening, and I met some really interesting people from other businesses. I’m pleased to have continued a few of those conversations since. It was certainly a memorable (and very warm!) occasion.”

Stephen added “I’d also like to thank everyone who has supported Topspeed on this journey. Receiving a King’s Award is a fantastic achievement, and it’s one that belongs to the whole Topspeed team.”
