Topspeed will be exhibiting at the Radiation Protection in Emerging Reactor Technologies event in Warrington on Tuesday 15th September 2026.
The Northwest Regional Event, organised by the Society for Radiological Protection (SRP), will bring together professionals working across the nuclear and radiation protection sectors to explore the challenges and opportunities surrounding emerging reactor technologies and the future of nuclear in the UK.
Taking place at Birchwood Park in Warrington, the full-day programme includes presentations and discussions covering new nuclear developments, the Great British Energy-Nuclear programme, regulation, radiation protection in pressurised water reactors, digital assistance and virtual reality training.
The afternoon programme will also explore the radiological aspects of High Temperature Gas-cooled Reactors (HTGRs), alongside a session focused on radiation protection in the European Pressurised Reactor at Hinkley Point C. The day concludes with an optional interactive workshop.
