At Topspeed, we’re proud to see our team continuously developing their skills and knowledge to support our people and our business. Holly Lockley, our Business Manager, has recently completed the Virtual Employment Law Academy, a comprehensive course designed to build expertise in all areas of employment law.
The course covers a wide range of topics including contracts, disciplinary processes, redundancy, discrimination, and day-to-day HR challenges. It’s a programme built to give managers a strong, practical understanding of employment law in action, something that’s vital in a fast-moving, people-focused business like Topspeed.
Holly recently submitted her final assignment and is now awaiting her results (*update – we are delighted to report that Holly passed with Merit!*). The training has given her fresh insights and confidence when handling HR matters, ensuring Topspeed continues to maintain fair, compliant, and supportive practices across the organisation.
