Chris Lugg Topspeed

We’re excited to share some fantastic updates from our team here at Topspeed!

Welcome, Amy!

A warm welcome to Amy Freeman, who has joined our Operations team as Operations Coordinator. Amy’s role is pivotal in ensuring all APHA and FSA collections are completed on time and to the highest standard. We’re thrilled to have her on board and look forward to the positive impact she’ll bring to our operations.

Congratulations, Chris Lugg!

We’re proud to celebrate a significant milestone for Operations Manager Chris Lugg, who has successfully completed his Dangerous Goods Safety Advisor (DGSA) training and passed his exams. Topspeed Academy Trainer Peter Osbaldeston praised Chris’s achievement, saying: “This is an incredible accomplishment by Chris. He has completed the training within 12–18 months, combining on-the-job experience with in-house workshops and intensive coursework.”

Chris’s hard work and dedication have paid off, and he now becomes our third fully qualified DGSA at Topspeed. We’re also delighted to announce that a fourth team member will begin their DGSA training in January as we continue to strengthen our expertise in safely handling and transporting dangerous goods.

Cherelle’s Progress Towards CIPD Level 5

Finally, we’re pleased to report that our HR Assistant, Cherelle Champion, is making excellent progress toward completing her CIPD Level 5 qualification. Cherelle’s commitment to her professional development is a testament to the growth mindset we value at Topspeed, and we look forward to celebrating her success in the near future.

At Topspeed, we take pride in investing in our people and their development. Whether welcoming new talent or celebrating our team’s achievements, we remain committed to delivering excellence in everything we do.
