We are on track with the ISO 22301 certification for Business Continuity, having just completed the first stage of demonstrating that Topspeed Couriers are able to overcome operational disruption to provide a continued and effective service.
ISO 22301 is the International Standard for Business Continuity Management (BCM) and provides a framework to fortify business systems to safeguard from a wide range of potential threats and disruptions including technology failure, sudden loss of critical resources, natural disasters, terrorist attack and other emergency situations.
