The Topspeed drivers are trained beyond ADR regulations and are given guidance in understanding the requirements for the safe and compliant collection, transportation, and delivery of a consignment.
This includes guidance around handling concerns or coping issues that can often be considered delicate matters and could appear to be confrontational if not managed appropriately.
For example, if upon arrival at a customer site to collect a consignment and they find errors in the packaging or paperwork, the Topspeed drivers are trained to raise concerns with the consignor, or with the Topspeed Ops Team or with the Topspeed DGSA or Compliance Officer.
In these situations, the matter is always handled sensitively and as quickly as possible as not to delay the transportation unnecessarily.
