Following their appearance at the highly successful Public Sector Show at the end of April Topspeed have been awarded their first Framework contract.
Issued under the Government Procurement Service’s (GPS) new Framework RM1006 and awarded by the Food Standards Agency (FSA), the three year contract covers the transport around the UK of biological animal samples under the ADR Dangerous Goods regulations.
With all the hard work put in by Topspeed’s Business Development Team on the original GPS bid throughout 2012 bringing initial success of being one of only a handful of companies awarded to the Framework, the FSA contract is a major boost to the company and the team, headed by Dave Turner, have since completed another two bids for similar specialist work.
