This feedback was received from our customer after we had provided them with courier services on a 12-month fixed-period contract where over 300 collections and deliveries were made across Scotland to support diagnostic cancer scans. Furthermore, we were informed that “on all of these occasions we have not been let down by Topspeed”.
The routes took us regularly from Scottish hospitals to laboratories and enabled residents in the Aberdeen and Highland regions to have access to local diagnostic cancer scans rather than having to make longer journeys to Glasgow and Edinburgh. This was all carried out whilst adhering to all COVID guidelines.
