Topspeed Couriers have added to their expanding fleet with the purchase of 16 new Mercedes Vito vans and 8 Citan’s supplied by Roanza in Trafford Park.
The interiors of each of the new Vito’s have been refitted by Cool Freeze with insulating lining and installing secure firearms cabinets, cool boxes and locka
ble safes.
As such these unmarked vans will be used exclusively for the transport of forensics, seized and prohibited goods nationally including forensic exhibits and items seized as evidence i.e. shot guns, bullets, DNA samples and drugs.
The drivers of these vehicles have undergone specialist training and adhere to a rigid cleaning schedule for the prevention of cross contamination of samples and evidence.
