Maintaining a high level of customer service is incredibly important to us at Topspeed Couriers, and we don’t just say that, we practice the ethos of Customer First every day.
Our pro-active Operations Team monitor all deliveries and track our drivers progress. If there are traffic issues on the roads, or the schedule is compromised due to timings of other deliveries or collections then alternative arrangements are made so that all jobs happen on time and customers are kept in the communication loop.
We feel this proactive approach is the main reasons that we rarely receive negative feedback as we seek to anticipate and handle any potential problems early. As with any business though, we do have a feedback procedure if things don’t quite go to plan and all customers are invited to use this and help us improve even more.
