Topspeed Couriers Personnel

Topspeed employs driving staff who are able to communicate with customers and have an understanding of their needs; make decisions based on sound knowledge and experience, be smart and presentable and have a good knowledge of the national road system.

Therefore, Topspeed currently employs former technical, field service and management staff from the service and manufacturing sectors, and police force.

All drivers undertake the SAFED (Safe & Fuel Efficient Driving) Government approved driver training course & receive training and instruction on the company’s procedure prior to undertaking deliveries and wear the company’s corporate dress.

Liaison between Topspeed and its clients on a day-to-day basis is with Phil Mason in our Control Centre. Supplemented with client care by our sales team led by Sarah Ginham & Mark Cook
